Pan-African Vision,
Afro-Atlantic Bridges

"From the memory of our Heroes, we draw the strength to form new African leaders."

ELEFANTES BAY is preparing to establish itself as a new strategic centrality for Angola and Africa - a future ecosystem built on education, culture, health, sport, tourism and sustainable development.

Symbolically inspired by National Heroes Day, the Festival is born with a contemporary, inclusive and future-facing language: celebrating the generation that inherited freedom and now has the challenge of building knowledge, innovating, protecting culture and projecting Africa to the world.
